Basic voice functions

Make and receive calls, Negotiated call forwarding, Unconditional call forwarding, Call park, Incoming call answering, Call forwarding, Single number access, 

Busy Transfer, Do Not Disturb, Group Ring, Three-Way Calling, Conference Call, Voicemail, Call Bill Request.

Audio distribution function

The platform provides powerful voice control and dispatch functions. The dispatch console has functions such as operator control, information display, emergency
call instructions, queue status, group call monitoring and conference monitoring instructions. The scope of dispatch can be from the command center to
each terminal on site and the different units and departments. The dispatch function is divided into three parts: outgoing calls, incoming calls and conferences.

The system supports 6 channels

and supports incoming calls
prompts, caller ID display,
call answering, call forwarding,
participation in a conference, extension
status monitoring, call recordings,
call waiting and answering the hotline.

The dispatcher can invite
and organize conferences for
connected SIP terminals or
external terminals via
the dispatcher console.

Built-in broadcast intercom function

Integration with telephone dispatch system, dial-up broadcast by telephone (or mobile phone), support single point broadcast, entire area broadcast,
specific areas or groups. Real-time audio collection and broadcast, scheduled broadcast, scheduled broadcast, SIP broadcast terminal directly calls the dispatcher,
SIP broadcast terminal alarm, SIP broadcast terminal group intercom, event-triggered broadcast.

Video scheduling function

The system offers a wide range of fixed and mobile video command and dispatch functions. Commanders can click on video calls, video feedback, video transfer, group video sending, and other video command and dispatch operations to fixed or mobile command and dispatch terminals.

Video Surveillance: Real-time monitoring of the environmental conditions in the area where the devices are located.

Video Capture: Capturing the current surveillance screen.

Video Recording: Recording the current surveillance screen.

Playback: Playing back recorded video footage.

Video Linkage: When the terminal is connected to the dispatch console, the video from the camera associated with the terminal automatically appears.

Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Control: The video interface allows control of camera angles (requires camera support).

Multi-Brand Integration: Cameras supporting the ONVIF protocol can be integrated into the system.

Video Separation: Separating the video from the dispatch console to achieve a dual-screen display (available only in the C/S client).

Disconnection and Reconnection: If the camera is disconnected from the network/power supply and then restored, click on the camera to reconnect it.

Videoconferencing

The system supports video conferencing with up to 16 participants. Access terminals can be smart Android terminals, multimedia phones, professional video conference room terminals and ordinary IP surveillance probes. The highest definition of the venue is 1080P and the playback effect is 60 frames per second,
and the movement is fluid. The three main conferencing functions of video wall, document presentation and audio-visual sharing enable rapid meeting organization and effective remote communication.
